I have served as a United Methodist Pastor for over 43 years, most recently as Pastor of Silver Creek UMC in Azle, Texas. I wrote my doctoral dissertation on Evangelism and the Openness of God, and ever since have been interested in the practical and missional implications of Open Theism for the church. I also teach part-time at Perkins School of Theology, (SMU), and am also working on some projects with the University of South Africa.
