Dr. Adis Duderija is Senior Lecturer in Islamic Studies at Griffith University. He is one of the internationally most recognized scholars in the field of contemporary Islamic Studies especially in relation to his work on gender and Islam, the theory of progressive Islam and the Islamic interpretive tradition more generally.
