Format: A recorded video from Dr. Oord will go live on the group’s private Facebook page each Monday. Discussions ensue on Facebook through Thursday. A live Zoom chat with group members takes place every Thursday and is subsequently posted on Facebook for those unable to attend. The Thursday discussion features live Q and A between group members and Dr. Oord.
